    • Specify frequency for data quality checks, policy reviews, and version updates.
    • Establish maturity criteria for CDOs (e.g., completeness, standardisation, reuse).
    • Schedule regular maturity assessments and track progress.
  4. Define promotion and retirement pathways.
    • Set criteria for promoting CDOs from Bespoke → Canonical → External Standard (where possible).
    • Document the process for retiring obsolete or redundant CDOs.
  5. Monitor compliance and continuous improvement.

    • Report on CDO maturity, quality, and alignment with business goals.
